Each session will broken down into three 1.5 hour sessions in person or via zoom call. Any additional time needed by the client will be charged separately. Staff Training: A well-trained team is essential for delivering exceptional customer service. At a discounted hourly rate we offer comprehensive training programs for baristas, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to create perfect cups of coffee every time. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, please review the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: -If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. You may cancel your appointment by contacting us via phone, email, or through our online booking system. 2. Refund Policy: -Consultation fees are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. -Refunds may be issued for cancellations made within the specified notice period, minus any applicable processing fees. 3. Rescheduling: -If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. -We will make every effort to accommodate your request to reschedule and find an alternative appointment time that suits your schedule. 4. No-Show Policy: -If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show." -No-shows are subject to forfeiture of the booking fee, and future booking requests may require prepayment or a deposit. 5. Late Arrival: -If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. -We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals; however, please note that your appointment may be abbreviated to ensure that subsequent appointments are not delayed. 6. Exceptional Circumstances: -We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances beyond your control that prevent you from providing advance notice of cancellation. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. 7. Communication: -Open communication is essential to ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your appointment or our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
